GF Flour Mix: White rice, Brown rice, Potato starch and Tapioca Starch (Bob’s Red Mill).
Keto Flour: Almond (Kirkland) and coconut (Bob’s Red Mill).
Sugar: Cane sugar (Imperial)
Powdered sugar: (Imperial)
Kirkland Raw sugar (for vegan).
Vegan eggs: Golden Flaxseed Meal, (Bob’s Red Mill).
Sweetener: Erythritol (Anthony’s).
Milk: Rice (Dream), Almond (Silk), coconut milk ().
Butter: Vegan butter (Earth balance). Soy Free (Melt).
Shortening: Palm Fruit Oil (Spectrum Organic) *Certified Sustainable palm oil*.
Others: Xhantan gum, baking soda, baking powder (Bob’s Red Mill).
Some of the ingredients are made in facilities that process peanuts, tree nuts, or soybeans.
