Keto Flour: Almond (Kirkland) and coconut (Bob’s Red Mill).
Sugar: Cane sugar (Imperial), Powdered sugar (Imperial), Raw sugar (for vegan).
Vegan eggs: Golden Flaxseed Meal, (Bob’s Red Mill).
Sweetener: Erythritol (Anthony’s).
Milk: Rice (Dream), Almond (Silk).
Butter: Vegan butter (Earth balance).
Shortening: Palm Fruit Oil (Spectrum Organic) *Certified Sustainable palm oil*.
Others: Xhantan gum, baking soda, baking powder (Bob’s Red Mill).
