If you’re concerned about ingredients, here’s a detailed overview of what I use:

Baking essentials: Xanthan gum, baking soda and baking powder “Bob’s Red Mill”.

Almond: Kirkland.

Cane Sugars: Kirkland

Powdered sugar: C&H Pure Cane Confectioners Powdered Sugar

Brown sugar: Costco

White eggs: from “Costco” (Brand can vary).

Organic eggs: from “Costco” (Brand can vary)

Vegan Eggs: Golden flaxseed meal “Bob’s Red Mill”

Vegan butter: “Earth Balance” for cakes.

Vegan butter: “Melt” for cookies.

Shortening: Palm fruit oil “Spectrum Organic” Certified Sustainable

Organic Rice milk: “Dream™”.

Coconut milk: “Thai Kitchen”.

Chocolate chips: White Chocolate “Enjoy life”, semi sweet and dark  “H‑E‑B Organics”.

Cocoa powder: “H‑E‑B Organics”.
