Yes. Our kitchen is fully dedicated to gluten-free baking and is safe for individuals with celiac disease.

At this time, I do not offer delivery. As a home bakery operating under Texas Cottage Food Law, all orders are available for pickup only in Melissa, TX

All orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Orders placed with less notice may not be accepted.

The number of servings listed for each cake is an estimate based on standard slice sizes. The actual number of servings may vary depending on how large or small each piece is cut.

Tips for Planning

If serving alongside cupcakes or cookies, you can choose a slightly smaller cake.

For parties where the cake is the main dessert, use the higher end of servings.

For young children, you can serve smaller slices, which may increase the number of guests served.

No. Eggs are used in this kitchen. While some products are made without eggs, this is not an egg-free environment, and cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.

No. Dairy is used in this kitchen. While most of the products are dairy-free, this is not an dairy-free environment, and cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.

No. While most of our products are nuts free, this kitchen is not a nut-free environment. Nuts are present in the kitchen (for example, in macarons made with almond flour), and cross-contact cannot be completely prevented.

Gluten-free baked goods dry out faster than regular baked goods. Here’s how to make sure your treats stay soft and tasty:

Serve the same day?
Keep your treats at room temperature for the best texture and flavor.

Serving the next day?
Wrap cakes (box) tightly in plastic wrap, store in the refrigerator and take them out at least 2 hours before serving to bring them back to room temperature.

Serving after 2 days?
Let me know when ordering, your treats can be kept frozen. Thaw them about 3 hours before serving for best results.

TIP: Whenever possible, try to buy your treats as close to the serving date as possible to enjoy them at their freshest!

No gluten-containing ingredients are used in any baked goods.

Most products are nut-free, with the exception of macarons, which contain almond flour.

4. Dairy

Some products may contain dairy ingredients such as milk, cream or butter.

As a home-based bakery, we prepare all treats in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Because of this, we not able to bake just a single cupcake or cookie — orders are made in minimum quantities to make sure every item is delicious and safe.
We are a local, small-batch bakery serving families across Melissa, McKinney, Anna, Allen, Prosper, Tx and nearby areas who need gluten-free food they can trust.
